Incorporated in 1963, Aeronautical Components is a minority owned small business which manufactures electro-mechanical, mechanical, hydraulic component parts and assemblies for the U.S. Government, Allied Armed Forces and major aerospace firms. We excel in close tolerance machining processes for all the equipment and components we manufacture.
Aeronautical Components is a ISO 9001:2000 registered and an approved manufacturer of rudder flutter dampers, shimmy dampers, shaft dampers, tie rods, link assemblies, synchro assemblies and many other components for fixed wing and rotary-type aircraft. All manufacturing, quality control, and in-depth inventory is managed from our company headquarters and manufacturing plant in Copiague, New York, a suburb of New York City.
Aeronautical Components, Inc. has all its manufacturing supported by a design engineering department, a research and development department, and a quality assurance department. All our products are manufactured and certified to a quality system which is ISO 9001:2000 registered and audited by Underwriters Laboratory. A Government Quality Assurance Representative of DCMA is available for on site inspections. Through such actions as the continuing modernization of our production equipment, ISO registration, state of the art information system, and ongoing employee training/certification, Aeronautical Components has sharpened its focus on technical excellence and customer responsiveness.
